Question: Which areas do you service?
Answer: We mainly service Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast. If you’re not sure whether your suburb is included, send it through and we’ll let you know if we can arrange on-site measure and installation.
Question: How do you calculate quotes?
Answer: Our quotes are based on your window sizes, fabric selection, track type (standard or motorised) and the complexity of the installation. You can start by sending us approximate window measurements and photos, and we’ll provide a price range before arranging a detailed on-site measure.
Question: Do you have to come on-site to give a quote?
Answer: Not always. Many clients start by sending rough window sizes, ceiling height and room use. From there, we can give you an estimated price range. If that feels right for you, we’ll then book an on-site measure and bring fabric samples so you can see options in your own space.
Question: How long does custom curtain production take?
Answer: Our standard lead time is usually 4–6 weeks from order confirmation to final installation. This may vary depending on fabric availability, project size and installation schedule.
We also offer an express lead time of around 2–3 weeks, subject to availability and an additional express service charge.
